Elevated SMS-OTP latency in India
MSG91 upstream had degraded delivery for ~38 min during 14:10–14:48 IST. Auto-failover to Twilio kicked in after 4 min; remaining 34 min impacted ~12% of IN OTPs. Mitigation: tightened auto-failover threshold from 60s to 15s.
Search index lag (~6 min) following catalog ingest
A larger-than-usual catalog ingest paused index refresh for ~6 min. Read traffic served from stale index in that window. Mitigation: index refresh now runs in parallel partitions.
EU edge cache returning stale pricing for ~8 min
A CDN cache-tag invalidation race caused EU users to see prior-month pricing for 8 min. No incorrect charges occurred (server-side pricing was always current). Mitigation: invalidation now uses versioned URLs.
