How do I install the app?
iOS: App Store. Android: Play Store. Windows + macOS: download from prep.app/download. Web is for browsing only — exams happen in the native app.
I lost my phone — how do I sign in?
Email/phone OTP on the new device. The old device is auto-revoked when you complete signup. Max 2 active devices per account.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Or email help@prep.app. Cancellation is immediate; you keep access until period end.
Why are exam tabs empty on the web?
Some pages need the Go API running locally for data. In production, all data is live. In your local Docker setup, run `make ingest` to populate.
